// WHAT IT COSTS

What this costs you

Nothing. The carrier pays us a commission every month after your service is installed. You pay the carrier for the service itself, the same as you would going direct, and usually less. There is never a cost for our services.

The carrier pays us monthly, and only once your service is live. Nothing arrives when you sign, so there is never a month where we need you to sign something.

No. You pay the carrier the same as you would going direct, and usually less, because the same building can be quoted by several carriers at once.

No. There is no minimum. A single office gets checked the same way a business with hundreds of locations does.

No. The check costs nothing and puts you under no obligation. If nothing available at that building is worth buying, we will tell you that instead.

// WHAT WE DO

What a telecom broker actually is

We check which carriers actually reach your building, tell you which options are worth considering and which are not, place the order, and stay on the account after the install.

No. We are not a carrier and we own no network. The carrier provisions the circuit and sends its own technician. What we do is find the right carrier for your building, negotiate it, place the order, and stay on the account afterward.

No. We have sold long distance, local phone service, voice circuits, internet, and internet based phone, and we have watched every one of them get replaced. That is why we do not have one.

Chuck Abadi founded the company in 1993. Abraham Abadi joined in 2009 and runs the accounts today. One of them answers the phone.

Eatontown, New Jersey. We check buildings anywhere in the United States.

// GETTING SERVICE

Checking a building and getting it installed

Tell us where the office is and a short note about what you need. We check it against roughly 150 carriers and come back with the options that are actually worth considering.

Cable is usually a few days once the order goes in. Fiber is usually 20 to 30 days, and longer if the building needs construction work first. That is why it is worth calling before you sign the lease.

The building and the suite, how many people work there, and what is not working now. If you have a current bill, send that as well, because it tells us what you are already paying for.

Then we say so. Cable is a legitimate answer for a lot of offices, and so is fixed wireless or a cellular line. We have also told clients to stay where they are when the carrier wanted thousands of dollars to extend a line that was not going to earn it back.

Dates do slip, usually because the building needs construction work the survey did not catch. We chase the carrier, tell you what actually changed, and where it matters we look at a temporary line so the office is not dark while you wait.

// SWITCHING AND MULTIPLE SITES

Switching, porting and more than one office

Often yes. If you are with RingCentral, Vonage, Nextiva, or another provider, we can frequently cover your Zoom phone service until your existing contract runs out, up to 24 months, so you can change now without paying for two systems.

Yes. Numbers port from one provider to another and it is routine work, but it is scheduled rather than instant, so it gets planned into the cutover instead of left to the last day.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Businesses running several locations usually end up with a different carrier and a separate bill at every one of them. Bringing those onto a single bill is one of the two things we are asked for most.

No. We are based in Eatontown and we have accounts in effectively every state. Because the carrier sends the technician, not us, where we sit does not limit where we can help.

No. We sell carrier services only. No managed information technology, no help desk, no endpoints. Your client stays your client, and you stay copied on every email.

// STILL STUCK

Not seeing your question?

Call 732-544-4600 and one of us answers. Chuck founded the company in 1993 and Abraham runs the accounts today, so you are not working through a queue to reach somebody who knows your building.

// GET STARTED

Find out what you should actually be paying.

Most offices are still paying for a line somebody sold them years ago. We price fiber, cable and dedicated access against each other, then put the number next to your current bill. One client came back six times faster for half what they were paying. The carrier pays us after install, so you pay us nothing.
