Laundry Hubb in San Francisvo is amazing laundry service. My mother is elderly and I was looking for a laundry service from Ct, I left a vm and immediately received a REAL PERSON who also is the owner Brian. He was so courteous and made the whole process so easy. My mother just received her laundry delivery which was beautifully folded and even had a beautiful ribbon tied over the laundry. Thank you Laundry Hubb! I Recommend saving by setting up a reoccurring service.

OK, so here’s why I love the Laundry Hub. My mom is 88 years old and physically handicapped. Doing laundry herself has become nearly impossible. The convenience and the wonderful service the Laundry Hub (and Brian) offer has been a godsend because it continues to allow her to live independently while still taking care of herself. Everyone, from the owner to deliveries, is extremely helpful and polite. Personally, I value good service as a metric, especially when it comes to my mom, and so I happily recommend the Laundry Hub. It’s a significant load off my mind, knowing that services like this are still offered today and remain relatively affordable.

The staff is extremely sweet and friendly. I used their wash and fold services. Very reasonably priced, super fast, and well done. I highly recommend taking the stress out of your laundry day. 10/10 will definitely only use this place when I’m back in the area! Thank you to their team!

I have been getting the wash and fold services from here and… wow! Let me tell you I HATE doing laundry and this made my life so much easier. I don’t have in unit laundry at my apartment and instead of carving out a day to wash, dry and fold it all myself I get it delivered to me! My clothes are always so clean and no wrinkles- way better than when I wash them and let them sit in my laundry basket for days haha. Thank you guys- your new owners have been doing awesome work with the business!

Great Service! If you have a busy schedule, and need more time with the family or just more time for yourself, this is a great service to use. This is one of the best wash & fold services we have used!

Been going here for years and I have to say, the new owners have really turned this laundromat around. Cleaned this place up and brought in new machines. Best part is they started a wash and fold service, making life easier for me!

John and his team were there for me when I needed help for spring cleaning our cabinet. They did a great job in 24 hrs! All clothes washed, folded and sorted, and returned in new, clean and sturdy plastic bags -- and they never used the same bags / containers for the dirty and clean clothes. I called around 7:30am, clothes were picked up in 2-3 hours, and returned 24 hrs later. Rates were very reasonable also, otherwise I would not have given the clothes to them - I had over 100lbs of clothes, beddings, etc. Thank you John & team!!

Es una lavandería muy limpia , el dueño es una persona muy amable , el lugar es limpio y cualquier cosa que pase de en curation de minutos está resulto además de todo abren temprano y aprobechas tu dia .. por esos motivos 100% la recomiendo .. 👍🏼

Excelente servicio, esta lavandería siempre esta muy limpia, suficiente maquinas para lavar y secar, puedes encontrar diferentes tamaños de maquinas de cargas grandes hasta pequeñas, las maquinas de secado todas funcionan muy bien, puedes pagar con tarjeta de débito o crédito y si prefieres cambiar para pagar con monedas lo puedes hacer, ya sea en lavadoras o las secadoras. Su personal es muy amable he tenido la oportunidad de saludarlos en varias ocasiones y son muy amigables.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this laundromat for over a decade before it transformed into the Laundry Hub SF. The improvements have been remarkable, and they’ve even introduced new washers to the facility.

This establishment as a mix of card readers and coin operated machines so convenient. Staff is super friendly.

I drive all the way from sunset to go here because it’s the cleanest laundry matte I’ve found. Most places leave clothes musty, you can tell they service and wash the machines well here. Plus great customer service.

i go here with my grandma and the machines always get the job done right!! on the small occasions the machines been jammed weve been offered free washes, the service there is always so kind!

Since my last review, major improvements have been made. The new multi-sized washing machines are fantastic and reliable. Eva the attendant keeps the place immaculate and I'm grateful to have such a lovely laundry mat in my neighborhood. The owners are faithful in giving out prizes to it's customers for their monthly raffles too.

Updated review (9/25/25): Ever since the new owners have taken over they have gone above and beyond to make improvements to the laundromat. They installed new washers, added vending machines, and have even started doing cash giveaways. Brian, one of the owners even gave my daughter and I a treat while being there. It shows that they truly care for the community. I hope they continue to prioritize their customers the way that they already do. Thank you, Jon and Brian! Great and convenient laundromat in my area! I appreciate how clean it is kept. Recommend.

I like the new Dex machine wash gets your gear clean. New dryers also very clean you don’t see used olds clothes of children or adults in the laundry mat.

john (one of the two owners) is the reason i look forward to coming to this location. the way he keeps it clean, and hosts giveaways! there is always a kind hispanic lady cleaning constantly and making sure there are no disturbances. i will continue to come to this location as long as i live in SF!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for quite some time and I️ got to say.. since the new ownership things have turned around for the better! The space is clean and well kept. I️ love the fact that the washers can accommodate my comforters. It’s the little things for me like the snacks in the vending machines and wi-fi to help time pass. If you’re in the area and need a wash I️ highly recommend coming by and checking them out!

I recently used this laundromat for the first time, and had a great experience! It was very clean, and had great pricing! I brought a large furry comforter that smelled like my dog that I had taken to a few different places. This laundromat had machines able to accommodate my blanket, and for a good price! They also have two vending machines that had all of the best snacks to eat while I wait! Will definitely be coming back here soon.
